Story of Vidur
Vidur was the wise and righteous counselor of the Kuru court, born to sage Vyās and a maidservant of Queen Ambikā. Though not of royal birth, he was renowned for his deep wisdom, sense of justice, and adherence to dharma. Vidur consistently guided King Dhṛitarāṣhṭr with truth and foresight, often standing as the moral compass of the Kuru dynasty. During the Kurukshetr war, he did not take up arms but remained steadfast in his neutrality and virtue.
