Recommended Position
Second to Sixth (Last)
Why?
If placed in the first position its Varah ability will not work and the card will attack at the opponent’s card in first position.
Top Abilities and Cards to Boost
Vidyut:
Increases Astr attack of all your cards
Cards with Vidyut:

Top Abilities and Cards to Counter
AstrKavach :
When attacked, Astr hits the Shield before Stamina
Cards with AstrKavach:
Level 1 onwards : Ghatotkach, Senani, Kundbhedi
Cards with AstrKavach ability protect their Stamina and absorb successful Astr attacks on their Shield. Due to this, Meghavahan’s attack will hit their Shield and not affect the Stamina easily.
Mrugaya :
Targets First Astr/Ranged attack card in positions 2 - 6
Cards with Mrugaya:
Level 1 onwards : Satyaki, Uttar, Sama, Pashi, Ugravadh
Level 7 onwards : Vasati
Cards with Mrugaya ability will target cards with Astr/Ranged attacks that are not in First position. If all cards before Meghavahan are Physical/No attack cards, then Meghavahan will become an easy target for such cards.
PratiAstr :
Reflects Astr attack with reduced Astr attack (min. 1)
Cards with PratiAstr:
Level 1 onwards : Ugrasen, Senani
Level 3 onwards : Vajradatt
Level 8 onwards : Satyasandh
Cards with PratiAstr ability hit back at Astr attack cards with reduced Astr. This means, if attacked by Meghavahan (at Level 1) with an Astr attack of 4, these cards will be able to return damage of 2 every time the hit is successful.
AstrBhransh :
Reduces damage from Astr attacks
Cards with AstrBhransh :
Level 1 onwards : Nakul, Shwetketu, Shishupal
Level 5 onwards : Bahlik, Alayudh
Meghavahan at Level 1 does an Astr attack of 4. If it attacks cards with AstrBhransh ability, the damage will get reduced to 2.
Chumbak :
Opponent cards must attack this card first
Cards with Chumbak:
Level 1 onwards : Jayadrath, Bahlik, Satva
Level 9 onwards : Somkirti
Cards with Chumbak ability are attacked first by the opponent’s team. Due to this Meghavahan’s Varah ability (target cards with the highest Stamina) will not work if you have such cards in your team lineup.
Chapal :
Can dodge Astr attacks
Cards with Chapal:
Level 1 onwards : Jambavant, Ghatotkach, Jamvak, Jatasur
Level 2 onwards : Vasati
Level 3 onwards : Shishupal
Level 4 onwards : Vakr
Level 5 onwords : Vriddhakshatr
Cards with Chapal ability can dodge Astr attacks. This means Meghavahan’s attack on such cards has a high chance of getting missed.
